Text Box: Smoking Bylaw The town of Wolfville has enacted a non-smoking bylaw, which forbids smoking in all public places. Therefore, all of our rooms and common areas are strictly smoke free. Victoria’s Inn imposes a $50.00 cleaning fee to any individual who smokes in a room. Group Bookings & Noise Bylaw Guests wishing to book a number of rooms must either book the entire Carriage House (7 Rooms) or the Inn (9 Rooms). At Victoria’s we require 60 days notification for group cancellations. A group booking the whole Carriage House or Inn is the responsibility of the person making the reservation, regardless of the individual reservations. It is also the responsibility of the individual booking to pay for any unused rooms. Wolfville has a strict 11:00 p.m. no noise bylaw, and we make absolutely no exceptions. Guests who contravene this bylaw will be responsible for discounts we may give to any of our other guests who are inconvenienced by noise. Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel a reservation made with our inn, 48 hours notice is mandatory. Should less than 48 hours notice be given, the full room rate will be applied to the credit card used to book the room. However, if we are able to rebook the room, this charge is waived. Credit Cards Victoria’s Inn accepts cash & the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners/EnRoute, Debit Cards. Check in / Check Out Check in is between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Extensions can sometimes be accommodated with advance notice. Nova Scotia Tax All room rates are subject to 14% tax. Off Season Rates Our off season rates are not valid for New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Valentines Day, when our regular season rates are in effect. Pets There is one cat on the premises, Thompson, but he is not permitted in the rooms.Guests’ pets are not permitted in our establishment.
